Jennifer Feil has witnessed first-hand the city’s decade-plus real estate boom, from luxury residential high rises to the gentrification of entire neighborhoods, forever altering the area’s skyline, demographics, and lifestyle.

Today she specializes in residential properties from pre-construction condominiums to waterfront estates in Miami Beach, and in matching sellers with the perfect buyer and buyers with the perfect home.

After earning a degree in French Studies and Literature from the University of Paris, La Sorbonne, Jennifer initially worked in the hospitality industry prior to launching her career in real estate at Christie’s Great Estates affiliate EWM Realty, where early success earned her a coveted membership in the Chairman’s Club.

Following seven increasingly successful years at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, she joined the Douglas Elliman team, where she excels at helping clients smoothly navigate the transaction process from first meeting to closing while providing the kind of up-to-date market data they need to make well informed decisions.

The information she offers, spanning everything from goods and services to new developments, upcoming area improvements, restaurant and store openings, and more, keeps clients reaching out to her well after the sale and frequently results in repeat business and multiple referrals. In addition, her fluency in Spanish and French, as well as her conversational abilities in Italian and Portuguese, make her a favorite with international clients.

Born to a Colombian mother and an American father, Jennifer grew up in Southern California. She has lived in Miami since 1990 and currently resides in Miami Beach, where her free-time interests include design and architecture, travel, learning new languages, reading, and cooking.
