Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Dan moved to Miami due to the warm weather and lifestyle afforded in South Florida. He quickly found a rapidly growing business venture that was a perfect match for his outgoing nature and determination to go above and beyond for his clientele. Dan and his wife Kasey live in Miami Beach and enjoy everything that Miami has to offer from the diverse cultural scene to outdoor water sports and surfing. He has been a licensed real estate agent for more than seven years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Delaware. Hechtkopf attended Delaware on a lacrosse scholarship, where he also served as captain of the team.
