Kat Tambor

Kat Tambor is a licenses Real Estate Salesperson in Greenwich and Westchester, New York.
Currently working in the Greenwich and Armonk office of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Kat is part of the very successful Strong Oestreich Elwell team and has worked closely with The Fieldstone Group in Greenwich, both top ranked real estate teams in their territories.
In addition to her experience as a real estate agent, Kat has been a buyer and seller during multiple personal real estate transaction and understands the process from her client’s point of view. Sharing that insight helps her clients smoothly navigate a purchase or sale of a home.
Kat is co-founder of a property development company and has built and sold several homes. She also consults on new construction projects with clients. Kat understand current conditions of the real estate market, focusing on marketing, social media exposure and effective home staging to ensure that a property is strategically placed on the market.
She has a BA from Binghamton University.
