I.Brooke Podewils

Irene “Brooke” Gallagher Podewils has been a successful and established residential real estate agent for over 17 years. She was born and educated in Greenwich, CT. Being raised here allowed her to witness the evolution and growth of Greenwich; while affording her the unique opportunity to experience first hand all the magnificent splendors this established coastal community has to offer.

Following in her mother, Renee Graham Gallagher’s footsteps into Greenwich real estate Brooke started her career at her mother’s firm Round Hill Partners. Having grown up watching and appreciating the demands of the business, Brooke acutely understands that buying, selling and/or investing in real estate needs to be appreciated, respected and show patience for the process. Her approach has always been the steadfast truth, “protect the client” and “knowledge is power.”

Brooke works throughout Fairfield County but specializes in Greenwich, Stamford, and Darien.

She currently lives in Cos Cob with her 10 year old son who attends the North Street School and is the fifth grade.

Brooke is also very involved in the Round Hill Club having held positions on numerous committees and teams. She’s passionate about tennis, paddle tennis, golf, & skiing.
