Anne Santa Maria

I am a Connecticut native, and Fairfield County has been my home for the past 30 years. I’ve resided in Fairfield, Westport, and am currently in Weston where I have lived for 21 years with my husband and raised our three children. Living in these communities and being part of their fabric provides me with a unique perspective on what makes them special. This is extremely valuable for my buyer clients when guiding them through the process of assessing the communities of Fairfield County. When marketing a home, I use a collaborative approach and partner with homeowners to understand its objectives and draw out the best of its tangible and intangible attributes.

I enjoy the outdoors, playing tennis, platform tennis, pickleball, and competing in the Fairfield County Women’s tennis and platform tennis leagues for the Weston Field Club. I can also be found walking our yellow lab Barkley through the trails of Trout Brook Valley Preserve in Weston, in the waves at Jennings dog beach in Fairfield, and running around at Winslow dog Park and Compo beach in Westport.

I participate with the Reading to Rover program at the Westport Library as a certified therapy dog handler and volunteer for Adams House Grief Center for Children in Shelton. I have worked in publishing at McGraw Hill and have coached the girl's tennis team at Joel Barlow High School.
