Katharine Gray Bunoski

Katharine Gray Bunoski is a member of The Jennifer Leahy Team, the #1 team at Douglas Elliman in CT. A Darien native, Katharine returned to town from Manhattan to raise her family. Her own success finding the perfect home sparked a desire to help others do the same. She believes the most rewarding and precious moments happen in our homes, and her area expertise is invaluable to her clients.

Previously, Katharine had a successful career in advertising sales, and prides herself on her customer service. Her clients benefit from her attentive, thoughtful, calm, and responsive nature. She has a keen ability to understand their taste and needs when it comes to finding a home, and is a skilled communicator. Her vast sales and negotiation experience and love of homes and design make her uniquely positioned to aid her clients across every element of the home buying and selling process.

Katharine has an impeccable attention to detail and a love of interior design, art, and organization. With multiple home renovation projects under her belt, she has connections with many local contractors and designers.

Katharine is excited to be a sounding board for her clients, as well as a valuable resource for all the wonderful amenities the area has to offer. She is meticulous and caring, and will do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth transaction.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring surrounding towns, going to the beach, and playing tennis and paddle. She is involved in numerous organizations in town and enjoys giving back however she can.
