Matthew is the Senior Vice President of Douglas Elliman’s Austin office. He is responsible for the oversight and strategy of operations and its team of local agents.
Over the years in the real estate industry, Matthew has earned not only multiple industry awards and Austin’s top producer distinction for over a decade, but he has also earned the trust and respect from peers and clients alike in the industry.
Prior to becoming a broker associate, Matthew received his business degree in marketing from Santa Clara University in the Silicon Valley. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified e-PRO®, a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), At Home With Diversity Certified (AHWD), and the GREEN Designation (GRN).
In addition to negotiating a multitude of real estate transactions and managing the sales and marketing of various residential construction developments in Central Austin, Matthew’s specialties include project management, new construction, luxury homes, condominium conversions, first-time home buyers, investment properties.
Matthew calls Austin home and is passionate about helping others find their perfect den, too. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys small business consulting, volunteering for parks and wildlife organizations, a variety of automotive hobbies, and traveling with his wife Lynette.
