Lisa Strobing

A seasoned residential real estate expert, with proven leadership skills, Lisa Strobing brings over 28 years of experience to her role as Sales Manager of the Great Neck office of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. A great motivator, she believes in contributing to her agents overall success by creating a vibrant work environment and helping each agent to achieve and exceed their goals. Whether it’s offering her sharp negotiating and problem solving skills or working with the latest innovations in technology, the end result is always the same, helping the agent to grow their business and better serve Douglas Elliman’s most important asset, the client. Before joining Douglas Elliman, Lisa was a Sales Manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. She began her real estate career in 1991 at Bellmarc Realty in Manhattan, first as a sales agent on the Upper East Side and then as the Sales Manager of the Gramercy/Chelsea office. Lisa lives in Oyster Bay Cove where she enjoys entertaining friends and family, cooking, working in the garden, bike riding and spending time with her family and her two beautiful golden retrievers, Spock and Sasha.
