As Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman’s Tribeca office, Doug is privileged to be able to work with some of the top real estate professionals in New York City. Doug’s approach to sales management is to focus first on clearing the way for agent success. This means working closely with successful agents to provide the support needed to continue to expand their business; and keeping the door open for newer agents in order to advise and counsel on brokerage and business development strategies. Doug comes to Douglas Elliman having spent the previous 5 years with one of the city’s top boutique brokerage firms, where he quickly built a successful brokerage business before moving into a sales management role. Doug is a natural mentor, coach and trainer who enjoys nothing more than seeing agents succeed.
Before entering NYC’s residential real estate arena, Doug worked for the previous decade as an actor who was featured in film, television and commercial projects. Doug received his BBA in marketing from Mercer University, which he utilized in his first career marketing for - and to - some of the largest financial services companies in the country. The professional experience gained in these fields has helped hone the communication and analytical skills he now draws upon daily. Doug lives on the Upper West Side and loves exploring the diverse neighborhoods of New York. He is an avid theater fan and food enthusiast (a big eater), so he spends his non-working hours attending theater, dining out, and cooking at home for friends and family.
