Extremely dedicated to the company and her career, she has continued to advance in her knowledge and responsibilities over the years, earning a reputation as a consummate professional. Dora has excelled in various capacities at Douglas Elliman in her tenure with the firm, with roles that included working in the Relocation Division, at Corporate Headquarters assisting the President, and as Senior Vice President liaising between management and administration. She is well respected for her integrity, attention to detail, and keen interpersonal skills which are essential in this very customer service-driven industry. Her expertise and guidance are invaluable in helping agents at every level build their real estate business. Dora enjoys mentoring agents and enhancing their success by providing excellent service and follow up. As Executive Manager of Sales, she is passionate about her work, appreciated by clients and colleagues, and well known for her great patience and leadership that inspire those around her. Originally from Manta, Ecuador, Dora speaks fluent Spanish as well as English. She majored in Business Administration with a minor in English at Baruch College. Dora and her husband have resided in Queens, NY for several decades where they raised their children. She is a member of REBNY and a New York State Notary Public.
