Chan Do currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer with Douglas Elliman Texas developing marketing and sales operations, technology, and the customer experience.
Chan is a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur driven by empathic design thinking and technology. His previous role was VP of Commercial Operations with Baylor Genetics leading the brand marketing, product development, sales, and client services teams through business transformation and reinvention.
Prior to Baylor Genetics, Chan founded and managed a brand consultancy serving clients in hospitality, healthcare, technology, automotive, retail, and agriculture for nearly 20 years. During that time, he’s had the opportunity to work with tech start-ups as well as global organizations, such as Toyota Motors, Nike, MD Anderson, Landry’s, and Mahindra to define, develop, and launch products and services.
Chan is a graduate of the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a major in marketing and a minor in operations.
