Layne Shea

Layne is a true Aspen native, born and raised in the West End, just blocks from where she is now raising her own family. Her path to Douglas Elliman began growing up in a real estate family and eventually becoming a founding principal of Stirling Peak Properties, a boutique Aspen brokerage firm. With over 12 years' experience in the Aspen market, Layne is known for her down to earth style and keen ability to truly listen and understand her clients' needs.

Her solution-oriented mentality coupled with extensive experience helps her surmount the endless array of transactional challenges which results in satisfied clients, time and time again. Servicing the entire Roaring Fork Valley with sales spanning the market - it was Layne's Aspen luxury estate sales that earned her the 6th top producing broker at Douglas Elliman in 2017. When she's not with clients, Layne can be found spending time outdoors with her family in Aspen and abroad.
