Michelle Smith

Michelle's career began in 1993 as a real estate paralegal in Parker, Colo. After a six-year tenure within the law firm, her passion for real estate provided an opportunity in land development in the Roaring Fork Valley. When her senior partner chose to pursue real estate development, Michelle's enthusiasm for the industry enabled her to learn many facets of the business.

In 2000, Michelle moved to Indianapolis and opened a boutique brokerage firm. Her team was comprised of result-oriented real estate professionals equipped with a keen understanding of the unique demands of developers and the needs of buyers. Michelle's team excelled at accelerating the sales cycle of large projects with an ability to position developments for maximum profitability from inception to completion. As an example, Michelle secured an exclusive listing on a 148-unit condominium community, which over the life of the project, posted an increase of 21.6% and outpaced any other Indianapolis project.

In 2008, Michelle returned to Colorado and continued her boutique brokerage firm serving traditional and luxury markets.
