If anyone knows the sweet smell of real estate success, it’s Kathleen McCrystal.
The Brooklyn, New York native got her start in sales when she contributed to the largest launch in the history of fragrance, Calvin Klein’s CKOne. Responsible for over 50% of the companies gross sales in 1994, she went on a one year sabbatical to travel the world and ended up visiting Big Sur, California. McCrystal knew this was the place she would return to make her home.
After settling in Carmel in 2004 she found herself gravitating towards real estate. Priding herself on being both a listing and a selling agent, she incorporates many of her negotiating skills from her 15 year career in corporate America. McCrystal is a top producer and represents all levels of RE from land development, investor properties, high end luxury to first time home buyers.
McCrystal offers a very concierge type service by taking care of what ever her clients need, and is especially good with relocations.
Whether you are an investor, a client who needs to sell, have been buying property all your life or you are a first time home buyer, McCrystal takes the same approach.
“I find out what is most important to you and develop a business strategy to meet your needs.
I am a tenured negotiator, extremely organized and know how to service a client. My goals are your goals and I will do whatever is necessary for you to achieve them so you walk away with much more then you ever expected.”
McCrystal has two amazing boys who attend the world renowned Carmel Unified School District. They enjoy hiking, boogie boards, surfing, bonfires at the beach with all their local friends and family.
