Dual licensed in both California and Nevada, her extensive knowledge of both the buyer, seller and builder experience, provides her clients with key insights on each stage of their home purchase.
Her specialties in southern California include a focus on homes in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano. She has managed and sold several Luxury new home communities including the nation’s top new home builders, Toll Brothers. She most recently sold out a 78 Home community in Orange County, therefore breaking the Toll Brothers record for most homes sold and closed in 1-year. She also sold out a gated community of 24 Luxury homes on the coast of Newport/Balboa. As a result of being a top producer with total sales in 2016 over $137 Million of real estate, she was awarded 2nd place in their Southern California New Home Sales. During her tenure, she achieved the highest overall customer satisfaction of 98%.
