Gabriel Cardenas was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to Los Angeles in 2016. Gabriel has been involved in real estate for most of his life both in the U.S. and abroad, aiding and advising in projects in Mexico City, Vail, and Aspen. Gabriel is venturing into the Los Angeles market bringing his expertise to this ever-evolving landscape. His unique point of view and worldly experience makes him stand out amongst his peers.



Gabriel was born in Mexico City but had the opportunity to go to boarding school at an early age. Gabriel attended the Fessenden School, a prestigious prep school on the East Coast that exposed him to a wide variety of cultures and people. Gabriel has kept in touch with people from an early age to now. After attending a Boarding school on the East Coast, Gabriel returned to Mexico City to continue his studies in the American school foundation. Gabriel continued to be a part of this institution until he graduated in 2014. Gabriel then attended Tecnolgico de Monterrey, A prestigious university in Mexico City where he studied entrepreneurship. Gabriel then left Mexico to start working in Spain. In Hawkers, a pioneer in the e-commerce world where Gabriel played a key part in the team that had not only the CEO, the founder but the team of investors. Gabriel played a pivotal part in being on the team for the sale of the company. Gabriel then moved to Los Angeles with the team that had recently sold Hawkers. It was in Los Angeles where Gabriel started on the path to real estate superstardom.



Once arriving in LA Gabriel had a clear path to wanting to be a key player in the real estate market that Los Angeles had to offer. Gabriel got involved shadowing and learning from his father following along with his real estate endeavors in Colorado. Gabriel ‘s father, also by the name of Gabriel had started to buy properties and houses in Beaver Creek Colorado and Aspen Colorado then developing or remodeling to then flip. Gabriel ‘s father has found great success doing this in which has given Gabriel an edge and an advantage when assessing projects or helping his clients do the same here in Los Angeles. In Los Angles Gabriel was introduced to Brendan Fitzpatrick, who became a mentor to Gabriel showing him the ins and outs of the industry and market in the city. Gabriel is determined to help his clients make tremendous profits or to get them a deal on a property or a project that they want.



Gabriel is considered by many a friend, an advisor, and a person of trust. Gabriel is a friendly charming individual that can make friends with even his shadow. It is rare to see him with anything other than a smile on his face. Gabriel is funny, charming, but above all an amazing friend who is happy and prideful to help out anyone who needs it.
