She also spent time working at a boutique 1031 Exchange company in Santa Monica learning timeless economic principles. Still younger, she visited construction sites with her father in the hotel development business.

After achieving the title of a top producer at Sotheby's International Realty in Los Angeles (the top national 1%), she was hand selected by Josh Altman, star of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, to join the Altman Brothers Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In 2022, the Altman Brothers Team sold over $1.5 billion dollars in real estate. Julia has personally sold over $150,000,000 in luxury real estate from the famed Hollywood Hills to the sands of Venice. She prides herself not on sales volume, but on her relationships formed with a genuine interest in understanding her clients needs and work tirelessly until they are met. As for the sale itself, her warm and welcoming personality do not preclude her from being a firm and highly effective negotiator.
