Being a Southern California native, Gershom Hyldreth brings an intimacy to real estate. After spending over a decade as one of LA’s top leasing property managers, Gershom has represented thousands of tenants, management companies and owners from high-end luxury to single family homes and condominiums throughout Los Angeles. His background in marketing, leasing and management over such a large area has helped him to know and understand individual neighborhoods while keeping an eye on the overall big picture.
