The Brooklyn, New York native got her start in sales when she contributed to the largest launch in the history of fragrance, Calvin Klein’s CKOne. Responsible for over 50% of the companies gross sales, she went on a one year sabbatical to travel the world and ended up visiting Big Sur, California. McCrystal knew this was the place she would return to make her home.
After settling in Carmel, she found herself gravitating towards real estate. Priding herself on being both a listing and a selling agent, she incorporates many of her negotiating skills from her career in corporate America.
