Yaroslav has lived in the East Village for over eight years, and specializes in the Downtown area of New York City, particularly the East Village, West Village and Greenwich Village. He majored in Real Estate Investments and Developments at Baruch College, and continues keeping a close eye on the market so he can convey the upcoming trends to his clients.

Prior to entering real estate, Yaroslav worked in the banking industry performing concierge duties and processing transactions, as well as for Delta Airlines as a mechanic. He holds both Federal Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Licenses.

When not out showing properties, Yaroslav lives a very active lifestyle and goes to the gym on a regular basis. He is also a member of Baruch College Real Estate Club, and frequents networking events where he meets different real estate professionals from across the industry.
