About Me

During his 25 years as a highly skilled and successful Brooklyn real estate broker Bill has bought and sold virtually every kind of property including townhomes, large scale condo developments, several investment properties, and over four hundred co-ops and condos within the borough. While no two real estate transactions are ever alike, he draws on his vast experience and strategic thinking to direct each sale and advise his clients about their best course of action.
Bill and his team, The Goldstein Hendrickson Team, guarantee you an all-out sales effort supported by the best tools and technology in the real estate industry designed to attract buyers for your property. They manage the selling process with keen attention to detail, timely reporting, and a confident professionalism that gives their clients a level of ease while making the entire transaction as smooth and efficient as possible.
Bill holds an MBA from Stanford University, was a decorated Captain in the USAF, and lives with his wife in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.

"I have worked with Bill Hendrickson on two real estate transactions - one to purchase my 2BR 2BA condominium and then to sell it. On both occasions, Bill has been a consummate professional! He listens carefully to your needs, provides thoughtful advice and guides you in making decisions. He is never pushy - he provides both sides and allows you to make a call for yourself. I have been very happy with the results. With his guidance and experience, we were able to sell my condo at a price much higher than I expected!" Michelle Tejero-Yalav.
"You were absolutely crucial to making this deal happen from the very beginning. In particular, your advice on bidding was spot on. You did an extremely professional job with our co-op application, and later on in the process, when we began to hit bumps with the seller and potholes with the bank, you always picked up the phone or returned my emails and answered all of my questions calmly and with enormous patience. I don't think we could have done this without you. Thank you." Mike Price (co-op buyer)

"Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and detail orientated. It was great to have him on our team." James Millard, Project Manager, CPC Resources, Inc.

"I will be sure to re-list with you!" Anjalina Sen (condo buyer/owner)

"I admire the way you work. You are not a typical real estate broker (this is compliment, if you know what I mean)." Stephan Manucharian (Commercial Landlord)

"Bill was extremely attentive during my home search. He took the time to really listen to the needs and wants of my family and only showed the homes that suited our search. Throughout the home buying process, I knew Bill had my best interests in mind." Gordon Henderson (house buyer)

"I liked how you handled the [lease of my Atlantic Avenue storefront]." Ted Hilles
