About Me

Trish Riedel combines seasoned sales and negotiation expertise, knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, and a solid business background to provide her clients with the high caliber of service they deserve. In the ever-changing real estate market, Trish is exemplary in the way she incorporates “hand-holding therapy” and beginning-to-end guidance when advising buyers and sellers of their best course of action.

Trish has showcased her strong negotiation skills and determined professionalism while specializing in onsite sales at new condominium developments throughout Manhattan. While still holding strong ties to new development projects, Trish joined The Holly Parker Team to add more opportunity for working closely with personal clients. Prior to entering real estate, Trish honed her impressive sales and marketing skills with two Fortune 500 companies – Motorola and Johnson & Johnson, ranking in the top five nationally.

Trish received a B.S. degree in Finance before traveling extensively overseas while working for the international telecommunications company, Nokia. Her travels led her to realize that New York is the best city in the world, and inspired her decision to move to Manhattan permanently. Now having lived in New York for over eight years, Trish is quite knowledgeable about properties, neighborhoods and this unique market. She is hard working, passionate about home ownership and enthusiastic about your property.

She offers a special affinity for really listening to her clients who rave about her unique ability to match their needs and lifestyles with the perfect home: “Trish was absolutely fantastic!
