People ask me all the time how we managed to sell our apartment in such a short time in such a terrible economy for such a great price.  My answer is simple, amazing brokers.  Carolyn and Paul are a rare find in Manhattan real estate.  After you meet with them you may be asking yourself (as I did) “Is this couple too good to be true?”  You are getting the best of both worlds with the Zwebens: Paul’s encyclopedic knowledge of New York real estate and Carolyn’s savvy marketing (flowers, champagne, and music at every open house).  Did I mention they are honest, trustworthy and nice?  If you want to work with a broker that keeps you up at night worrying, undersells your property, never answers your calls and makes you wonder if he/she has forgotten about your apartment entirely, then don’t work with Carolyn and Paul.  However, I suspect you will choose otherwise and you will be happier and richer for it.
