About Me

Steve Cid is an Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman, one of the oldest and largest real estate firms in America, and has been working in the world of luxury New York City real estate for the last twenty years.

Steve has brokered the sale of some of the most distinctive and iconic properties in NYC including the American Institute of Architect's award-winning 172 Duane Street in Tribeca, which many consider the most beautiful cast-iron building in NYC; the tech-forward Forbes.com Townhouse of the Year at 454 West 20th Street in Chelsea; the exquisite 1838 Dutch Renaissance townhouse on Stone Street in the Financial District; the re-imagining of the 1860 Washington Square Methodist Church in Greenwich Village into luxury condominiums; along with many high-end co-ops and condos. He has also mentored many of New York City's top agents.

Steve is a founder with his wife Kerry Fedigan, of Giving House, the nationally recognized charitable initiative which encourages participation in meaningful philanthropy in the real estate community. They donate a percentage of any commission they earn to the worthy cause of their client's choice.
