Stefani Pace

Stefani Pace, associate broker and founder of S.Pace in the City, brings to Douglas Elliman a cosmopolitan flair and up-to-the-minute expertise on New York City’s dynamic real estate market. While always in the know about the trendiest new restaurants, clubs, and neighborhoods, Stefani also uses her in-depth understanding of the industry’s past and future to help clients define and attain their own New York experience. Under S.Pace in the City, Stefani produces a monthly co-branded newsletter geared to an eclectic mix of thousands of savvy, clients. Each newsletter includes a calendar of events, market facts, facts about New York City, and articles on how to effectively and efficiently work with a broker.

Stefani previously worked as a senior agent at Century 21New York Metro, where she was a top producer each month, generating over $24 million in transactions over three years and garnering much press. Her work on international teams has taken Stefani to client engagements in eight countries, spanning five continents. Stefani was nominated for REBNY’S prestigious Rookie of the Year award in 2005 and a place in Dwelling Quest’s President's Club, an exclusive club comprised of top-tier agents. In 2006, she sold such unique properties that have been featured in design books, such as Living Large in Small Spaces, and Vogue. Stefani’s work in real estate has been highlighted in various publications, including the cover of The New York Times Real Estate section, New York Magazine, New York Home, and New York Living. She was filmed for a real estate reality show pilot for the ABC network and also for a news segment on what $1,500 can get a client in NYC.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Stefani climbed the ranks from contract model to Acting President at a boutique Public Relations/Media Company. A diverse educational background, including graduate studies in Psychology and training in Certified Financial Planning, enables Stefani to understand her clients’ needs and goals, while using knowledge of finances to create a realistic and specific vision of their future homes.

Stefani fluently speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. Besides really enjoying real estate, Stefani enjoys playing tennis, riding her signature blue Vespa, and checking out the latest trends – in dining, entertainment, fashion, and the arts – in New York City.
