Sheilla began her real estate career as an on-site agent for some of the top developers in New York, such as Larry Silverstein, Sidney Fetner Associates, The Moinian Group, Douglaston Development, and Gary Barnett of Extell. She consistently led the way in sales and rentals, garnering the highest conversion ratio and grossing over $160 million in sales and renting over 500 luxury apartments.

As an independent broker, she takes advantage of the tools and insights she developed learning directly from these developers. Some of these talents include a keen understanding of pricing, strong negotiating skills, and a gift for staging and interior design. Sheilla is proud of the bond she forms with her clients—the result of her tireless dedication to serving their best interests.
