Sandy is just as much appreciated for her uncanny instincts, as she is for her experience and expertise. Because she has a natural knack for seeing properties through her buyers' eyes, she continually chooses properties that best suit each individual’s needs, saving lots of time, and money too.

Firmly placed in the top one-half of one percent of brokers in Prudential’s network nationwide, Sandy has been involved in professional sales for more than 25 years. She obtained her real estate license in 1995, and when her husband, Michael Rosenblum, started his career in real estate in 2002, they decided to join forces at Prudential Douglas Elliman. Together with their team, they provide incomparable brokerage services to their diverse clientele.

Having been a Manhattan brownstone owner/landlord and a co-op owner, Sandy also personally understands the demands of the real estate process as well as the emotions and financial commitment that go along with it.

Outside of work, Sandy and Michael enjoy New York City’s rich cultural life. They also love the outdoors – particularly hiking, gardening, skiing and snowshoeing. Their extended family includes four grown children, a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law. Sandy is also on the Board of Directors at Community Access, a charitable organization that creates homes and provides job coaching for NYC’s homeless and emotionally challenged.
