What is it about a real estate agent that differentiates that agent from a salesperson? The differentiation starts with the assumption that sales are the results of agents creating meetings of the minds between the buyer and the seller with a focus upon the fudiciary responsibilities being balanced and tempered with a moral responsibility to all parties involved within a transaction. It is never enough to just do enough... As licensed Real Estate Professionals we have a responsibilty to always go above and beyond the call of duty for the customer as well as the principal. Ask not what the customer and principal can do for the agent, but what can the agent do to go above and beyond the call of duty for not only the customer, but also the principal and other agents involved in the real estate transaction.

When a customer shops for a property, whether it is a home, office, estate, or retail establishment, that customer is not looking to be sold. The customer is looking to be taken on a tour of a property that will be the focus of their being and eventually an extention of themselves. Therefore the "about me" turns out to become "about you" so that you, the customer, can be taken on a tour of whatever properties that you are interested in exploring.

When the customer decides to sell their property, that customer is treated with the respect and honesty necessary to nuture and develop a fudiciary relationship that will allow the agent to serve and protect the best interests of the seller.
