Shortly after graduating from Franklin & Marshall in 2001, native New Yorker Carl Ekroth began his real estate career on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. After just four months in the business, he was recruited by and joined an already highly successful group at Douglas Elliman’s West 17th Street office. Each year that he worked with the team brought a higher Prudential network ranking, in large part because of Carl’s efforts. With an uncanny ability to find buyers “that perfect property” and sellers “that perfect price,” Carl quickly established himself as a rising star in the Industry. After several years with the team, where he worked with sellers, buyers, & developers, Carl left to create his own business model; expanding on the experiences he learned working for a top ten broker.

Currently working out of Douglas Elliman’s TriBeCa office, Carl A. Ekroth’s portfolio of clients continues to grow. An early member of Generation “Y”, he knows the ins-and-outs of modern technology. Seamlessly blending tried-and-true traditional methods of buying and selling with new technologies is a facet of the business all of his clients appreciate.
