About Me

Rasheem's dedication is the stand-out quality in what clients admire. His approach to giving stellar service? Be a client's broker. Put yourself in the clients shoes; Try to take away some of the strain in what can be a very strenuous journey; and be genuine. His willingness to listen and grasp clients' individual needs and match it with the drive he exudes in getting the job done is a stamp he has left with every client he has worked with. His down-to-earth approach has really drawn acclaim with clients and colleagues in his years as an agent. Rasheem prides himself on his diversity. Having had business and personal relationships with a plethora of people - with distinct backgrounds and personalities - has helped make him the prototypical people person. Professionally, his diversity has given him the outstanding ability to adapt to and maneuver amid unnerving market changes for the betterment of his clients. His personal scopes of interests are vast as well - ranging from alternative music and basketball; to Broadway musicals and art. He simply puts it, "I appreciate beauty." Rasheem's goals are simple - be one of the best - Loved/ Well Respected/ Successful… and he accepts the challenge and the hard work it will take to accomplish he and his clients' goals. Rasheem has resided in different cities along the East Coast, but has found his way back home in 2005. Even in his physical absence, he has always kept his fingers to the pulse of NYC. With honing his expertise in both Manhattan and the outer boroughs, gaining extensive rental and sales experience with a smaller company, he has joined The Eychner Team to couple his talents and tenacity with the team's intimate and time-proven approach to client service. He's admired different scenic and architectural designs in his travels, but is most moved by the metamorphosis he's witnessed in a place where he and childhood friends used to call "The Docks" into the now culturally diverse DUMBO. Rasheem is a Brooklyn native and a single father with a background in accounting and sole proprietor of a tax preparation firm. If that doesn't spell hard work, then let him prove it to you.
