Residential sales professional Rafael Malka combines legal expertise and market knowledge with interpersonal skills that streamline the real estate purchase or sale experience. A former attorney heavily involved in commercial and residential real estate litigation as well as other facets of the law, he adeptly honed his negotiating skills as well as his fair and attentive representation of clients.
When working with buyers and sellers of fine Manhattan properties, Rafael takes great care to identify people's needs and pursue the best course of action suited to yield the most fruitful, expedient results. Clients rely on his diligence, confident nature and tenacity in protecting their interests and assuring that each step of the journey flows smoothly and stays on track.
A graduate of Bard College with a B.A. degree in psychology, with a specialty in Child Development, Rafael earned his Juris Doctorate degree in Brooklyn Law School and became a member of the New York State Bar Association. He practiced law for several years before realizing his passion for real estate and bringing the desire to help others to life in a brand new way. His well-rounded background in the Israel Army, as a fourth and sixth grade teacher and as a restaurant manager prior to entering the legal industry fueled Rafael's focused work discipline and keen ability to effectively deal with people and situations of all kinds.
