About Me

After a successful career specializing in sales/marketing and buyer experience for the launch of high profile residential buildings in Manhattan, Philip Tabor joined the Holly Parker Team and Prudential Douglas Elliman to turn his attention toward individual buyers and sellers in the luxury market. Philip enjoys a solid reputation among clients and brokers alike with his core principles of integrity and professionalism. Having represented some of the most sophisticated and demanding sellers, buyers and new development sponsors, he is best known for his sharpened business sense, relaxed and comfortable demeanor, strong intuition, honesty and the highest level of discretion. Living in New York for almost 15 years along with many years spent working in the entertainment industry have naturally shaped his ability to comfortably guide and represent the most private of individuals through their buying and selling process.

He approaches both his work and life with down-to-earth intelligence, passion and humor. Fueled by a love for both contemporary architecture as well as the architectural beauty of yesteryear, and armed with a keen aesthetic sense and ability to genuinely connect with his clients, Philip offers the best possible experience of both buying and selling in the Manhattan market.

He is currently most involved with sales at the team’s new development project; the iconoclastic 100 11th Avenue by Jean Nouvel.

Outside of work, Philip is dedicated to the American Cancer Society and several smaller, local philanthropic organizations and cultural institutions. A strong interest in the arts assures that he is always out and about in this great city. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, travel is one of his greatest pleasures; he is an avid reader and a fan of independent and foreign films.
