Paul Zweben brings a freshness and energy to New York City real estate that makes working with him and the Zweben Group a pleasure for both buyers and sellers alike. In order for brokers to be successful in this new market, they must be extremely responsive and attentive to their sellers and buyers, qualities that come naturally to Paul. A true New Yorker, he thrives on being in the center of it all, as both a real estate maven and restaurateur, knowing the newest up-and-coming neighborhoods as well as where to dine there. In 1993 Paul formed a restaurant partnership and is an integral part of such quintessential NY hot spots as BLT Prime in Gramercy Park and Calle Ocho on the Upper West Side.

His knowledge and enthusiasm for both real estate and food have naturally gone hand in hand, though, today, much of Paul’s time is spent expanding ideas of how New York City real estate is moving forward in the 21st Century through the immediacy of social media. Always active on his popular blog www.hungrydomaine.com where he discusses real estate and food (including some excellent recipes), he also utilizes Twitter and his real estate Facebook fanpage to keep his friends and clients up to the second on all real estate related news.

For the past year, Paul has taken this zeal for social media on the road leading classes and lectures on the subject to other real estate professionals at a variety of events, conferences, and meetings including the 2010 Inman New York Conference, Green Pearl of New York, in addition to several events hosted by the Real Estate Board of New York. His charming sense of humor, savvy know-how, responsiveness and unbeatable work ethic make Paul a real estate broker buyers and sellers look forward to working with again and again.
