Pablo truly believes that applying the highest standards in business is the key to successful results and satisfied clients. This philosophy has earned him an impeccable reputation of excellence, integrity, honesty and hard-working ethos among the many clients he has had the privilege to assist in his more than ten years in the real estate business. He has always had a passion for New York, since his first trip to the city and later when he was transferred to the U.S. by the flag airline of his native country, Chile, and appointed first as Assistant Station Manager and then as Station Manager at J.F.K. Airport. At this major air international hub he developed his instincts and skills to deal with difficult situations, with all type of customers, and facing the daily challenge to provide full satisfaction to their needs and not stopping at any obstacle in order to accomplish that goal. Later, and always keeping in mind to stay in the service industry, he opened his own business in the freight-forwarding field, focusing in providing the best quality of service. But for years he had been dreaming about working in Real Estate, a passion finally fulfilled by becoming a sales agent in a new brokerage firm in Park Slope, where he learned first hand, and from scratch, the enormous possibilities of the real estate market. After almost three years working there, he not only moved to live in Brooklyn, but also decided to look for more challenges and the right environment to continue developing his devotion to serve people. He correctly thought that joining Douglas Elliman was the right move to accomplish that. Pablo likes to listen to his clientele, most of all, inviting people to trust in his integrity and ability, and developing a strong rapport and get to know their individual needs. He has specialized in areas such as: Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Bedford Stuyvesant, Bushwick and Crown Heights, among others, bringing excellence and customer satisfaction in every deal he has been involved with. To complement the vibrant pace of the real estate business, Pablo enjoys small gatherings with close friends, movies, concerts, traveling and reading about politics and social issues.
