Nicholas, a native New Yorker, comes from a real estate family and is the fourth generation to invest in and develop property in and around New York City. Being a buyer and seller himself, he is able to bring a unique sensibility to his clients' experience. Nicholas is passionate about architecture and design and has a sophisticated eye for elegance, which he put to use recently in redesigning his new townhouse in Greenwich Village. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Finance from Pace University.
