About Me
Commercial Real Estate Broker. Mr. Wojciechowski is a licensed associate broker who has been employed in the real estate and finance industries since 1986. Specializing in Prudential Douglas Elliman's commercial real estate division, Mr. Wojciechowski has demonstrated expertise in the acquisition and disposition of the majority of property types during his career to include: office, R&D, hospitality, retail, multi-family, land, industrial and medical. He has comprehensive experience in owner/tenant lease representation, rent review, lease renewal, corporate real estate services, relocation services and REO/distressed asset management. Additionally, he has hands on experience in location/site selection and has expertise in the IRS 1031 tax deferred exchange process.
His experience in the finance industry includes commercial loan origination, property valuation, property appraisal analysis and title review for lenders such as Fleet Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Flushing Federal Savings Bank, Greenpoint Savings Bank as well as the small business administration (SBA) loan programs and federal housing authority (FHA) loan programs.
Mr. Wojciechowski is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, the Long Island Board of Realtors and the Long Island Commercial Network.
He is a graduate of the University of Miami and the American University. He is a veteran of the US Army.
