About Me

For years, Michael Kafka has been one of Douglas Elliman's top producing brokers. Specializing in luxury properties, Michael has made noteworthy sales of coops and condominiums both uptown and downtown and has sold numerous trophy townhouses. Michael's thoughtful and expert representation has earned him loyal buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan. A native New Yorker, Michael has maintained a lifelong fascination with real estate. As well as acting as an associate broker, Michael has also acted as an attorney, consultant and principal in purchases and sales of properties ranging from individual dwellings to apartment buildings.

A graduate of Columbia Law School and an experienced attorney, Michael brings the highest level of trustworthiness, discretion and expertise to his deals and professional relationships. Raised on the Upper Eastside, Michael now lives on the Upper Westside with his wife and two children.
