About Me

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker
NYRS-New York Residential Specialist

Being an integral part of a process as important as buying or selling a home gives Marni Laboz great satisfaction, not just because she loves her work, but because she enjoys matching people with properties, negotiating successful deals, and helping clients realize their dreams.

Whether working with a first-time buyer, a sophisticated seller, or a seasoned investor, Marni devotes all her attention, energy and enthusiasm to achieving the best results. That means scouring the city, from the hottest neighborhoods in Brooklyn or Queens to all of Manhattan, even as far uptown as Inwood, to find that perfect home for her customers. This dedication has not only earned this VP/Associate Broker success in her field, but award-winning recognition as a top producer for her outstanding sales achievements.

Highly detail-oriented, communicative, resourceful and analytical, Marni is proud of her fine reputation for service and proven track record of results. Yet it is the strong relationships she's formed with clients that mean the most to her. "I am genuinely concerned about my clients' best interests, so I remain actively involved in every step of a transaction." Trust and honesty lie at the heart of her business, and the foundations for success in gaining clients for life who wholeheartedly refer Marni to others.

It's no wonder Marni continually receives glowing accolades from satisfied clients, such as: "Marni helped me find a home in a location I ruled out. Not only was the apartment affordable; the building was more luxurious than I'd hoped for." "Marni is the model agent: thoughtful, knowledgeable & considerate. You can't get better." "Marni is an expert communicator and negotiator…and pleasant to work with." "From finding the right place, to what to offer, and getting board approval, Marni's advice was spot on." "Marni is meticulous, organized and professional…100% honest, which is very rare...gently tenacious and proactive…there were never any surprises."

A native New Yorker who lives on the Upper West Side, Marni grew up in a family of real estate professionals, yet never thought she would wind up a success in the field herself. Passionate about fashion, she graduated magna cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a Marketing & Merchandising Management degree, then climbed the corporate ladder in the fragrance industry. Marni is a true New York enthusiast who appreciates the many wonders Manhattan has to offer, from exploring unique new restaurants to frequenting the theater or bike riding in Hudson River Park.
