As a key player in the success of The Gretsch Building- Williamsburg Brooklyn, Zephyr Lofts- Jersey City, J Condominium-Dumbo Brooklyn, and the William Beaver House- Financial District, NYC Ms. Novo’s experience and instinctive understanding of a complex and evolving market. As the Senior Director of Sales, she has sold just over 700 million dollars in residential new development.

Ms. Novo experience extends to residential new development; she’s managed a blend of pre-development projects as well as conversions in excess of $400 million dollars, in the New York City Metro Area. Ms. Novo has advised clients on proposed unit mix, layouts, competitive inventory, recommendations on market area and trends, budgets, pricing, and sales development plans.

Monica Novo is an excellent communicator. She works closely with developers, seller, buyers, designers, architects, advertisers, and public relations, creative and sales teams.
