Lynda Arnet is the secret weapon for success for buyers and sellers of Manhattan real estate. With her extensive background in both design and developing properties, she brings a distinct understanding of the business to the table - and a unique edge in helping clients in all price ranges realize their ultimate potential.

An Upper East Side resident for over 30 years, this Cincinnati native graduated from the University of Cincinnati. She next moved to New York to study Fashion at F.I.T. and became a fashion designer for Huk-a-poo and Ellen Tracy. Lynda traveled throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia for business. Most of her designs were manufactured in Italy and Hong Kong. While raising her two children, who were schooled on the Upper East Side but joined her extensively in her travels, the topics of architecture, design, and many fundamentals or real estate came up often in conversation no matter where they went. "The love of real estate was so strong in our household that both my children are involved in the field as investment bankers."

Lynda pursued her passion for real estate by developing her own properties in New York City as well as in the Hamptons. Her expertise in the arts of investing, renovation and resale is invaluable to clients seeking the best choices for their immediate and long-term goals. Lynda thinks it's hard to find the perfect apartment or townhouse that has everything exactly as you want it. That's why she does much more than just show buyers houses; she opens up opportunities by lending her vision to help them see the possibilities of a space.
