Louis Leone’s exceptional success in the New York real estate market is based on his drive and passion for all that he does. His depth of experience ranges across all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial, new development and investment providing unparalleled insight into every deal.
Prior to entering the real estate world, Louis cultivated his business and negotiating abilities starting and selling two companies. His first company provided specialized consulting services in technology and boasted clients such as BMW, Kraft, American Standard and many others in the Fortune 500. His second company provided healthcare compliance consulting and included government and private healthcare facilities throughout the U.S. Both companies became multi-million dollar ventures and were subsequently sold.
Over 12 years ago, Louis participated in his first real estate deal and became captivated with the market ever since. As an active buyer, seller and owner of investment property, he brings an excellent understanding of the real estate objectives to both sides of the table. To maximize customer value and client profit, Louis conducts extensive market research, evaluates a property’s appeal/potential, and employs extensive marketing to the right target audience.

In addition to marketing, Louis makes sure the visual attractiveness of every property or development is at its best. Louis regularly employs numerous professionals such as stagers, designers and architects when needed to help in the presentation of a property. “Outside of marketing, all we can control is price, condition and access. Price and access are straightforward for us, so we spend a good deal of time on condition.”

Louis is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA recipient from Rutgers University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In addition, Louis has participated in numerous real estate graduate courses at NYU. He is founder of the Manhattan Real Estate Investor’s Club and an active contributor to numerous charitable organizations in New York City.
