Lisa Maysonet leads the brokerage team Group Maysonet and has been a real estate broker, owner and investor for 29 years. To date she has sold properties totaling several hundred million dollars in value, in all parts of New York metro city.
Lisa Maysonet collaborates with developers providing pre-development consultation, strategic marketing advice and professional on-site sales offices. Developer services include everything from drawing out the unique and inventive building features, to branding and positioning.
Mrs. Maysonet has provided services for developers since the mid 1980’s. Her early projects include 222 Riverside Drive, 114 Riverside Drive in Manhattan, and Foxwood Condominiums, in Connecticut. Recent high profile projects include: Park South Lofts, Union Square Lofts/ Flats, 123 Baxter Street, 101 Wyckoff Lofts, 93-95 Wyckoff Ave, and 431 E 115th Street in Harlem.
She is committed to providing results and this has made her a top producer for each of the 15 years she has been with Prudential Douglas Elliman.
