A San Francisco native, Laura received her Bachelor degree at 21. At 23, she earned a Masters of Communications from New York University, purchased her first investment property then sold it two years later for a substantial profit. At 26, Laura bought another commercial investment property plus two new townhouses through a 1031 Tax Exchange, honing her knowledge and negotiation skills sought after by owners and developers alike.
