Kim is a licensed salesperson and broker in New York, plus currently holds her salesperson license in Florida since 2002. She has been actively involved in purchasing and selling property in Florida for herself as well as for her Manhattan clients seeking second homes down south for many years. Previously, Kim also worked as a property manager and mortgage broker. She brings well-rounded experience to successfully fulfill all your real estate needs.

Originally from Michigan, Kim is a Central Park South co-op resident/owner who understands the uniqueness of each client's needs, and of each special Manhattan neighborhood. Having first moved to Miami Beach where she began her residential real estate sales career, then to New York, she is also extremely empathetic to the trials and tribulations associated with relocation. Kim's effectiveness relating to different personalities and lifestyles has been further forged via her extensive worldwide travel.
