Kevin King believes in some basic principles that may sound obvious, but seem greatly overlooked today. First, be a good listener. Second, return your phone calls. A dedicated real estate professional, Kevin upholds these high standards of service, responsiveness and thoroughness which he feels every client deserves.
A native New Yorker, Kevin has lived in the city for 34 years, from Harlem, Midtown and Brooklyn to the East Village where he lives now, taking just two years off to live in Florida, Paris and Italy. This Hunter College graduate with a degree in Psychology worked in human resources in the banking industry for eight years prior to entering the hospitality industry as maitre d' for the popular Balthazar Restaurant in Soho.
With his wealth of connections, extensive knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn, commitment to his clients' needs and personal nature in dealing with everyone. Kevin makes the real estate experience both smooth and enjoyable for buyers and sellers alike. Highly organized, thorough and communicative, he will do everything in his power to fulfill his clients' needs no matter what the neighborhood, property type, price range or timeframe.
Kevin find his most time-consuming "hobby" is work, but he does find energy to go the gym each morning and play in basketball tournaments whenever he can. He also loves to travel, or to discover wonderful new restaurants right here at home.
