Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 30 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer working for such notable companies as: Miss Gallery, Foxland and London Fog, among others (in addition to designing for private labels). In 1995, City & Company published her book: "The Jones Guide to Fitness & Health in New York", an analysis of every available fitness option and a guide for where to participate (one-on-one training, yoga, fitness classes, Tai Chi, karate, etc)
