Born and bred in Manhattan (a rare breed!), Kathy has a true passion for all things related to New York City real estate. She has been a licensed Associate Broker for the past 15 years and is continually honing her skills to meet the ever-evolving demands of a complex real estate market which includes her degree in Real Estate Development at the prestigious NYU Shack School of real estate. So, whether you are in the market to sell, buy, invest in or develop a property, Kathy is one of the few brokers with the breadth of knowledge and experience to address your every need. Her most recent project is in East Harlem, where she has been appointed by a developer to head the sales and marketing team for a ground-up 20 unit condominium project. The building is slated to open in Spring 2014 and is an example of an important new direction in her business; helping investors and developers identify lucrative opportunities in real estate.

Kathy has been a successful businesswoman for nearly 30 years. She spent her early career in fashion as a top designer working for such notable companies as: Miss Gallery, Foxland and London Fog, among others (in addition to designing for private labels). In 1995, City & Company published her book: "The Jones Guide to Fitness & Health in New York", an analysis of every available fitness option and a guide for where to participate (one-on-one training, yoga, fitness classes, Tai Chi, karate, etc)

Kathy is a unique individual who not only effectively draws upon her past experiences, but is always exploring new skills.
