About Me

Lifelong New Yorker Karen Advocate-Connolly has experience the city from the inside out for so long, that she can easily and capably translate that passion and understanding to her clientele. She believes the ultimate decision a buyer or seller makes should bring complete gratification upon closing, and so tries to eliminate any doubts early on by providing a thorough education as well as the most attentive service to those she represents. After 10 successful years in residential real estate, her fine record speaks for itself.Whatever a person's special requirements, or complex demands, Karen works hard to attain each individual's ultimate goal and remains flexible to their changing needs. By providing sound advice on everything from neighborhoods and interior design to marketing and finances, she retains the trust and respect of her customers, and facilitates their best possible decisions. As there are so many facets to a real estate deal, Karen takes as much time as is needed to walk people through the process. She brings both human understanding and business savvy to her work, which all her customers appreciate. Formerly with Ernst & Young and Time, Inc. for two decades prior to entering real estate, Karen earned a BA in economics and an MBA in accounting.
