John Fleming is an experienced real estate professional who has worked for over two decades marketing residential and commercial properties in New York City. A native New Yorker and lifelong resident, John was born and raised on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, just steps from Central Park. After receiving his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from St. John’s University, he marketed information technology to corporations then sold information technology to the real estate and mortgage community. John quickly realized that his client-centric approach was the key to his effectiveness.

John’s interest in real estate developed while looking for investment properties in New York City. Recognizing the investment potential of residential real estate, John began assisting and advising his clients in buying, leasing and selling New York City real estate by the early 1980s. John uses his marketing and interpersonal skills to benefit his loyal buyers and sellers. He has long been known for his enthusiasm, knowledge and talent for achieving an individual’s unique real estate goals. John is equally appreciated for putting his clients’ best interests first and for handling their transactions seamlessly. Because his service and results are highly valued, most of his business comes from repeat customers and referrals.

John possesses an in-depth knowledge of all Manhattan’s neighborhoods and buildings, especially the downtown area up through Central Park, as well as current real estate markets and trends. While he specializes in luxury condominiums and townhouses, he is knowledgeable of every segment of the market from new construction to established buildings.
