Joelle Larroche is highly dedicated in helping buyers find their dream home, and guiding them through the process of obtaining it. Also, thanks to her European sense of aesthetics, she diligently assists sellers with staging their apartments attractively to create the best possible effect…and generate the most revenue.

Born in France, Joelle was raised in Paris and trained as a business lawyer at The Sorbonne University. She has also lived in the United Kingdom as well as Brazil, but settled in New York on the Upper West Side more than 16 years ago. During that time, she and her husband ran a business in the health food industry which they grew to prosperity. The couple share five children who all attended high school at the Lycee Francais on the Upper East Side, two of whom went on to now attend Columbia University, and two more NYU and Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Joelle is a Member of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York (CBSAC/NY), of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and of the New York Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Thus needless to say, Joelle understands the intricacies of moving, as well as those of raising a family and running a business in New York City.
