About Me

Joanne Firstenberg is a licensed real estate Broker and Attorney with over 35 years of outstanding experience in facilitating transactions of all types including financings, private equity, litigation, settlement and real estate. Joanne came into real estate full time in 2007 with a long and distinguished track record in corporate life including such senior corporate positions as CEO, COO and General Counsel. She has also been on both public and private company Boards. In 2007 Joanne decided to pursue a full time career in real estate, although she has held a license for over 20 years. She has sold numerous properties in all parts of Manhattan. Joanne is a native New Yorker who has lived and worked all over the world including Hong Kong, London, India, New Orleans and Las Vegas. Joanne is a real estate investor as well and has several properties as a landlord. Many of her clients seek investment real estate as well as personal homes.
